Order Processing All orders are subject to verification and processing prior to shipment. Orders are processed during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and payment verification status.

Shipping Methods & Carriers We partner with reputable third-party carriers to fulfill domestic shipments. Available shipping methods will be presented at checkout. Carrier selection is at the discretion of Elite Goods Store unless a specific method is selected and confirmed by the customer at the time of purchase.

Shipping Rates Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method. All applicable fees will be displayed prior to order confirmation.

Delivery Address Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Elite Goods Store shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Shipment Tracking Upon shipment, customers will receive a confirmation notification containing tracking information, where available, to monitor the status of their delivery.

Undeliverable Packages In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the package may be returned to our facility. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact our customer service team promptly. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with applicable carrier policies.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and U.S. territories may be subject to additional restrictions or limitations.
